Media (Reuters & Milliyet) reports that the Court of First Instance (CFI), the second highest court in the EU, has removed the PKK from list of  organisations which must have their funds frozen as part of the fight  against terrorism could not have come at a worst time. Albeit the PKK has  been removed on a technicality, this still likely inflame public opinion in  Turkey against the EU, just when the EU is trying to use its leverage to  force down the on-going legal case to ban the AKP. The secularists will use  this as a reason why they should not continue with EU-related reform  efforts. Obviously it is another market negative. We would expect a heavy- weight response from Turkey to today's court decision. Turkey has long  held the view that a number of EU member states are not doing enough to  reign in PKK-sympathisers. This will just cement these opinions. http://www.hurriyet.com.tr/english/turkey/8612070.asp? gid=231&sz=73074 A top EU court's decision to annul the inclusion of the outlawed PKK on the  terrorist organizations list drew harsh criticism from Turkey. Turkish Deputy  PM Cemil Cicek said on Thursday the decision is "unacceptable"  and “beginning of a crisis.” (UPDATED) http://www.kurdpress.com/?p=866 Keywords:terör ve huguk Kategori: diger

BM ne lan  adam açık açık yazmış Court of First Instance  diye bi de ATAD Avrupa Topluluğu Adalet Divanı vardır Court of Justice of the European Communities lafındaki Court lafı her ne  şekilde olduysa olmuş Divan olarak geçmiş türkçeye daha bi haşmetli olmuş

Bu karar, AB’nin 2001’den beri her yıl çıkardığı, 6 ayda bir gözden geçirdiği ve son olarak geçen yıl sonunda ilan ettiği ‘terör örgütleri listesi’nden PKK’yı çıkardığı, anlamına gelmiyor. Karar sadece 2002 yılındaki listeye ilişkin. Adalet Divanı, bir örgütü listeye almadan önce, durumu ona bildirmek, uygulanacak yaptırımları açıklamak, savunma ve itiraz hakkı tanımak gerektiğini söylüyor; bütün bunlar yapılmadığı için PKK’nın 2002 yılındaki itirazını haklı buluyor. http://www.ntvmsnbc.com/news/441654.asp
